Data processing and confidentiality
We process your documents only to provide the features you request.
Purpose limitation
Uploaded PDFs and profile data are processed for: field detection, value matching, overlay rendering, and export. We do not use your documents for marketing, model training, or any unrelated purpose.
Access controls
Access to customer data is restricted to authorized infrastructure and a small number of personnel with operational need. All access is logged.
Sub-processors
We rely on a short list of vetted sub-processors for cloud hosting, database storage, and AI model inference. An up-to-date list is available on request.
Confidentiality
Our team and our vendors are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not disclose customer documents except as required by law or as you direct.
Retention and deletion
You control retention. Delete a project, a signature, or your account at any time and the associated data is removed from active systems within standard operational timeframes.
Enterprise DPA
