FormLogic AI is an AI-assisted document workflow platform. We help you detect form fields, suggest values from your saved profile, and overlay approved content onto your PDFs. **We do not provide legal, financial, tax, engineering, medical, or regulatory advice.**
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents, signatures, profile data, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
4. AI-assisted suggestions
Our AI features generate suggestions for your convenience. **You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated value before approving, signing, or submitting a document.** AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Electronic signatures
Signature images stored in your account are your authorized assets. The Service places signatures only when you explicitly approve placement. The Service does not independently execute, witness, or notarize signatures.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or violate applicable law.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve features over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormLogic AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
