Electronic signature authorization
This notice explains how electronic signatures work on FormLogic AI.
Your authorization
**Users are solely responsible for reviewing, authorizing, and submitting all documents generated or modified using the platform, including the placement and use of electronic signatures.**
How signatures are placed
Signature and initials images are stored as **your authorized assets** in your account. They are placed onto a document **only through your explicit action or approval** — never automatically.
What the platform does not do
FormLogic AI:
- does not independently execute signatures
- does not witness or notarize signatures
- does not act as a certification authority
- does not represent that any specific signature meets the legal threshold for a given document type or jurisdiction
Your confirmations
By uploading or drawing a signature, you confirm:
1. The signature represents your own mark, or you have authority to apply it on behalf of the named signer
2. You will review each placement before exporting the document
3. You are responsible for delivering, filing, or submitting the final document to the intended recipient
Compliance context
The platform supports your electronic signing workflow. Whether a particular signature satisfies ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS, or other applicable law depends on your use, your jurisdiction, and the document type. Consult qualified counsel for compliance questions.
