Privacy at FormLogic AI
We treat your documents and personal information as confidential. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- **Account information**: email address, display name, authentication identifiers
- **Profile data**: company information, federal codes, contact details, narratives, signature and stamp images you upload
- **Documents**: PDFs you upload for processing
- **Usage data**: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service
How we use it
We use this information to provide the Service: detecting fields, generating suggestions, rendering overlays, and exporting your final PDFs.
AI processing
To generate field detection and suggestions, page images and relevant profile context are sent to our AI model providers under data-processing agreements. **Your content is not used to train third-party models.**
Storage and retention
Documents and profile data remain in your account until you delete them. You can delete individual projects, signature images, or your entire account at any time from the app.
Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to the infrastructure required to operate the Service. We follow reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

- Close your account and request deletion of associated data
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to deliver the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, AI model inference). **We do not sell your data.**
